The RML Retractable CIP Nozzles have proven to maintain cleaning performance for over 25 years and are commonly used in situations where equipment needs to be cleaned in place.

Fluid Open, Slow Close

Air Open, Spring Close

  • Pneumatic open provides facility to keep nozzle open after CIP cycle, to enable forced air drying

L901-18 Retractable AS-i CIP Nozzle

AS-i External Air Open Air Closed

KEY FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • Pneumatically opened and closed
  • Open and closed positional feedback via AS-i communication protocol
  • Integrated local LED indicators: open=green, closed=amber, red=fault
  • Constructed using 304 stainless steel, fully machined externally and internally to Ra 0.8 for compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Low air consumption, up to 50% less air consumption compared with other RML nozzles
  • The AS-i (Actuator Sensor Interface) allows up to 62 daisy chained nozzles to provide feedback communication on a single wire pair up to 100 metres in length.
  • An AS-i signal repeater can also be added for distances greater than 100 metres.
